TunnVPN provides a privacy-focused virtual private network service. Our service allows users to encrypt their internet connection and route traffic through our global network of servers. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of TunnVPN, you agree to:

  • Keep your authentication token or wallet credentials secure and confidential
  • Not share your account with others (each subscription is for individual use)
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our infrastructure

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use TunnVPN for:

  • Any illegal activities or activities that violate local, national, or international laws
  • Distribution of malware, spam, or engaging in any form of cyberattack
  • Activities that harm or interfere with our servers, network, or other users
  • Any activity that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

4. Payment and Refund Policy

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, NowPayments, Epay) - their terms apply
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused subscriptions. Contact support to request.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.

6. Disclaimer

TunnVPN is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from use of our service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • You will lose access to the service immediately
  • No refunds will be provided for violations of these terms

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TunnVPN operates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration. By using our service, you agree to this dispute resolution process.
